If you use a OneTouch® FastTake® Blood Glucose Monitoring System to test your blood glucose, have patients who use this meter, or distribute and sell OneTouch® FastTake® Test Strips to customers, please read the following important information.

LifeScan is voluntarily removing and replacing approximately 4000 boxes of 100-Count OneTouch FastTake Test Strips sold in the United States because the control solution range printed on the test strip vial label is incorrect. The control solution range for these boxes of 100-Count OneTouch FastTake test strips was incorrectly printed as 163-140 instead of the correct range of 163-240.

We are removing and replacing the affected test strips to minimize any confusion this error may cause.
