Medical Education

LifeScan, Inc. is a Johnson & Johnson company. As a leader in the development of cutting edge medical devices in the field of diabetes LifeScan, Inc. is dedicated to providing support for independent educational activities that are intended to improve patient care.

Please explore the pages on these sites to learn more about our educational grants process, how to contact the Medical Education (ME) department, for the required templates needed when applying for an educational grant, and the therapeutic areas of interest for which grant applications are considered.

Before you begin the application process, please review the "Guidelines" section before proceeding to "Submit Request". A Letter of Request and a Budget are required for all grant applications.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to system requirements, incomplete applications will not be processed. There is no 'save' feature. You will not be able to save your work and return later.

This site is for educational grant applications only. If you are a 501(c)3 organization requesting a charitable contribution related to diabetes (e.g. program support, other than education initiatives, related to diabetes research, prevention, care or advocacy) please forward an e-mail message to J&J’s Diabetes Advocacy and Alliances Director (CRenfroe@its.jnj.com).  Due to company focus and limited funds, charitable giving through the Advocacy & Professional Relations Department is restricted to diabetes causes.

In anticipation of the passing of the “Sunshine Act” and various other federal and state regulations, Johnson & Johnson has voluntarily adopted a transparency policy which mandates all affiliates to disclose Education Grants and Charitable Contributions to the general public.
